CONSENT AGENDA

 
1.

Consider request from Solid Waste to approve a Recycling and Waste Diversion Grant Agreement. The grant is for $60,000 (330590-85217) with Floyd County contributing $40,000 in Capital funds using GL Account # 330590-67040.  This is already budgeted for in the 2024 budget.

 
2.

Consider request from the County Clerk's Office to approve a new beer and wine consumption off premises license for Family Dollar Stores of Georgia, LLC to Carol Marie Wilson located at 85 Park Avenue, Lindale. All fees and requirements have been met by the applicant.

 
3.

Consider request from Engineering to approve agreement with Fox Environmental for implementation and annual report for NPDES Impaired Waters Monitoring and Improvement Plan.

1.

Consider request from Purchasing to approve the purchase of one (1) 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD 4WD Crew Cab truck for Public Works from Hardy Chevrolet Buick GMC, Inc. in the amount of $46,890.00 using 2017 SPLOST funds from GL Account # 319639 - 66127 - 60025. This vendor submitted a bid that met all specifications requested and was the lowest bid submitted.  This was included in the 2024 original budget.
